About Christina Davitt

Christina M. Davitt is the founder and managing member of Davitt Law Group, PLLC. Her practice focuses on elder law, bankruptcy and guardianship. She has completed the University of Washington Professional Guardianship Certificate Program. Ms. Davitt graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2005. During law school, she worked in the civil litigation clinic with pro bono bankruptcy clients and published Whose Steeple Is It? Defining the Limits of the Debtor's Estate in the Religious Bankruptcy Context, 29 Seton Hall Legis. J. 531 (2005). Ms. Davitt served as law clerk to the Hon. Donald G. Collester, Jr., J.A.D. in the Appellate Division of the New Jersey Superior Court from 2005 to 2006. She then served as law clerk to the Hon. Novalyn L. Winfield, U.S.B.J. in the Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey from 2006 to 2007. She is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey and Washington, including the Eastern and Western Districts of Washington.

Prior to relocating to Wenatchee in 2009, Ms. Davitt's practice focused on commercial bankruptcy and trustee work. Before attending Seton Hall Law, Ms. Davitt worked as a geriatric nurse practitioner and she is a co-author of Case Studies in Geriatric Medicine (2005).
